Duke Basketball in the NBA – March 8th

A few Blue Devils were in action last night in the NBA.

Tyus Jones had a solid performance as he finished with 10 points and 6 assists as the Minnesota Timberwolves fell to the San Antonio Spurs 116-91.

Lance Thomas injured his knee in pre-game warmups for the Knicks. It looks as if it’s just a sprain.

Rodney Hood had 16 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, and a steal as the Utah Jazz lost to the Atlanta Hawks 91-84.

Mason Plumlee finished with 7 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists, and a blocked shot, while Gerald Henderson added 12 points, 7 rebounds, and a blocked shot in the Portland Trail Blazers 116-109 win over the Washington Wizards. Hendo also got into a minor scuffle with the Wizards Alan Henderson:

Ryan Kelly had 2 points and a rebound in just 9 minutes of action as the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Orlando Magic 107-98.
