The 2016 Duke football season is just two and half months away from the season opener vs. NC Central on September 3rd. If you haven’t already, Duke football fans will want to renew or purchase season football tickets as this is shaping up to be an exciting season for Duke football. Duke football will have six home games. The six home games include the following:

September 3rd vs. NC Central – 6:00 p.m.
September 10th vs. Wake Forest – 3:30 p.m.
October 1st vs. Virginia – TBA
October 8th vs. Army – TBA
November 5th vs. Virginia Tech – TBA
November 10th vs. North Carolina – 7:30 p.m.

As you can see from the schedule, Duke will have a balance of two home games for the months of September, October, and November. Three of the home games have the times already announced. Two of those games will be evening/night games with the rivalry of North Carolina vs. Duke landing as a Thursday night game on ESPN.

There are several different season ticket packages fans can choose from that include box seats to general admission tickets. For the fan that’s on a budget, Duke football has an amazing price of approx. $80 for a season ticket in the general admission section. That’s 6 home games for about $80. For what you would pay for one general admission ticket to a Duke basketball game (approx. $80) you can get a season ticket to Duke football. I encourage fans to take advantage of this great opportunity and come out and support the program.

The Blue Devils will also play road games at:

Northwestern – September 17th
Notre Dame – September 24th
Louisville – October 14th
Georgia Tech – October 29th
Pittsburgh – November 19th
Miami – November 26th

The home and away schedule will be action packed as Duke football looks to make another bowl game this season. I encourage Duke fans who are sitting on the fence to consider season tickets as 2016 will be exciting. And from what “possible” teams I’m hearing on the 2017 schedule, such as Baylor and Florida State, now is the time to jump on the train.
