Seth Curry to the Lakers?
The Lakers will have a lot of roster spots to fill next season and are going to be in need of shooting. They have reached out to Curry who would be a nice and somewhat inexpensive addition to go with LeBron & Anthony Davis:
The Lakers have also reached out to the reps of free agent guard Seth Curry, per source. Curry is the type of long range shooter the Lakers want. He shot 45.6% from the field last season in Portland, 45% from three. He averaged 7.9 points in 74 games.

Frank Jackson’s contract to be guaranteed:
Frank Jackson’s contract for 2019-20 will become fully guaranteed as Pels have no plans to move on from the young guard, sources say.

This is great news for Jackson who has battled through injuries early in his career. The Pelicans will be a fun team to watch for Duke fans with the additions of Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram to go with Jackson and Jahlil Okafor who…

Thomas had been one of the longest tenured Knicks. He should draw interest from teams looking for veterans.
Trevon Duval is an unrestricted free agent:
Per league sources the Houston Rockets did not tender qualifying offers to either of their Two-Way players Trevon Duval or Vince Edwards. Both will now be unrestricted free agents.
— Keith Smith (@KeithSmithNBA) June 30, 2019
Duval was on the Rockets summer league team last year and signed a two-way contract with the Bucks. He was waived and picked back up by the Rockets. Look for Duval to sign another summer league contract in hopes of making an NBA roster this season.
Other Duke free agents include Luol Deng (Timberwolves), Jabari Parker (Wizards), and Austin Rivers (Rockets).
