Marvin Bagley III Named to 2018-19 NBA All-Rookie First Team

Marvin Bagley III was named to the 2018-19 NBA All-Rookie First Team. He joined fellow rookies Dallas Mavericks guard-forward Luka Dončić, Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young, Phoenix Suns center Deandre Ayton, and Memphis Grizzlies forward Jaren Jackson Jr.

Bagley averaged 15 pts / 7.5 rbs, 1 ast, 1 blk per game for the Sacramento Kings in 62 games this season.

He joins former Blue Devils Jayson Tatum (2017-18), Jahlil Okafor (2015-16), Mason Plumlee (2013-14), Kyrie Irving (2011-12), Luol Deng (2004-05), Shane Battier (2001-02), Elton Brand (1999-00), Grant Hill (1994-95), Christian Laettner (1992-93), and Art Heyman (1963-64) who all were selected to the first team.
