Who Could Be Duke’s Next Commit for the Class of 2020?

Duke landed one of their top targets on Wed. with the commitment of Five-star point guard Jeremy Roach. Roach is the #2 PG (#15 overall player) for 2020. He is currently rehabbing a torn ACL he suffered back in Nov. of 2018. He should be fully healed and ready to go by the time he arrives in Durham.

Now that the Blue Devils got the ball rolling, who could be the next to commit?

According to TheDevilsDen.com, Duke has offers out to the following players for 2020:

  • Brandon Boston (6’6″) – #3 SG (#8 overall)
  • Jalen Johnson – 6’8″ – #1 SF (#3 overall)
  • Scottie Barnes (6’8″) – #2 SF (#4 overall)
  • Walker Kessler (6’10”) – #3 C (#16 overall)
  • Mark Williams (7’0″) – #6 C (#45 overall)

Recently, Jalen Johnson trimmed his list to four and included Duke among the finalists:

During a recent interview with Tipton Edits, he said he plans on making his decision in the next few months. Duke currently leads in the Crystal Ball for Johnson with 75% of the picks.

The Blue Devils also lead in the Crystal Ball for Brandon Boston (100%) & Mark Williams (50%).

Syracuse and Oregon share the lead for Scottie Barnes, While Georgia has a commanding lead over Duke for Walker Kessler.

The next few months could be very exciting for Blue Devil fans who can’t wait for the 2019-2020 season to start.
