The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) has named a trio of Duke Blue Devils to its 2018-19 Honors Court, recognizing those basketball players that excelled academically this past season.

Duke’s Honors Court recipients were Brennan BesserJustin Robinson and Jack White. In order to be named to the Honors Court, a student-athlete must be academically a junior or senior and a varsity player; have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.2 or higher at the conclusion of the 2018-19 academic year; and must have matriculated at least one year at their current institution.

Besser graduated in May with his degree in political science. Robinson, a psychology major, and White, a sociology major, are two of eight returning letterwinners for the Blue Devils in 2019-20. Besser and Robinson are Honors Court members for the second consecutive season. White is a first-time Honors Court member after being a first-team CoSIDA Academic All-District and an Academic All-ACC honoree this past season.
