A winning team will bring fans to the games. This past season was evident of that as more and more people attended each home game.
This past Sat. at Duke’s “Meet the Blue Devils” day a record crowd of over 3,000 people showed up to meet their team, get autographs, and pictures taken with their favorite players. Last year around 1,700 people attended. The most popular person was David Cutcliffe, who’s line was constantly 100 yards or more. Some people waited an hour alone to meet him and were turned away due to time constraints.
Coming off the best season in decades, and the turnout to meet the team, should Duke expect an increase in attendance this season? Let us know by voting below!
